//those chewy conversations...
I started running webinars back in 2020 when I was writing No Silver Bullet. At that point in time, they served two purposes: to help me in my research and also to build awareness of the forthcoming book, just a twinkle in my eye at that time.
More recently I have returned to them, but this time uncoupling them from the book and seeing them as opportunities to scaffold chewing conversations. The intention is to create the conditions for conversations, with as many people as wish to join, around topics that, if not taboo, are sometimes avoided or shied away from.

Examples of these include the following and some are featured in the bar below along with a couple of No Silver Bullet ones. All can be found on my YouTube channel. Fill your boots.
// What is too far - and how do you know?... With Jeremy Keeley
Working with clients means negotiating where the line is, but how do we know the line is in the right place?...
// mythunderstanding organisational change... With Mark Hughes
How leaders, practitioners and consultants remain stubbornly prone to believing stuff that just isn't.
// What fuels organisational nonsense?... With Paul Sweeney, author of Magnetic Nonsense
In the malaise of modern organisational and management thinking... what Silver Bullets and unconscious processes of shame and anxiety can tell us about nonsense.
// Shame and violence in organisations... With Martijn Sjoorda
Making sense of what is increasingly prevalent in the world around us, yet unacknowledged, undiscussed and hidden at work. This one was not recorded due to the subject matter.
